FOR CREATORS / BRAND CONVERSATIONS

Creator sales pipeline

Track brand fit, conversations and next actions. A contact is not yet a deal.

Download workbook

Qualify before you book.

  • Adult audience and permitted market?
  • A campaign your content can serve?
  • Who approves work, rights and terms?
  • Next action and owner?

Two clips requested? Check audience fit and approval owner before booking.

Give each brand one next action.

Fill the brand, owner, stage, deal size, close date, days in stage and next step. Use one currency. Probability, Stale Flag and Weighted Amount calculate automatically.

Set the As-of Date, horizon, target and stale threshold. Probabilities are editable assumptions—not measured win rates or guaranteed revenue.

“Technical Validation” checks permissions, rights, reporting and delivery. Mark Closed Won after agreement; Closed Lost when talks end.

Next action: “Send the sample to the campaign owner by Friday.”

Adapted from the supplied workbook. No sample sales records. Keep contact and deal data private.

30-day focus plan

Choose one problem. Test a change and track results.

1. Check your starting point

Use your last 30 days of data. Not started? Write zero.

  • Audience and main format:
  • Published sessions / clips; returning viewers; brand conversations:
  • Cash collected; production costs; creator hours:

Four streams, twelve clips, no paid deal: prove the format before hiring sales.

2. Find the main hold-up

Pick what blocks progress: publishing, discovery, offer, delivery or capacity.

  • Next outcome:
  • The step blocking it:
  • Evidence:

Profile visits but few follows? Test your profile’s promise before making more clips.

3. Test one small change

Change one thing. Work within your time and budget.

  • Next seven days: change this:
  • Keep these unchanged:
  • Result to measure; review date:

Compare two opening hooks against your usual completion rate and returning viewers.

4. Choose your next step

Review weekly. Repeat, improve or stop based on results.

  • What changed?
  • Viewer or buyer feedback:
  • Next action; owner; deadline:

End the month with a decision, not more tasks.

Keep audience, sales activity and cash separate.

1. Content and audience

Compare the same periods and metric types. Views must serve your format.

  • Week ending; platform; format:
  • Sessions and clips: planned / published:
  • Returning viewers; watch time; profile visits; source:

Live average viewers and short-video views are different measures.

2. Brand conversations

A contact is not a deal. Track each step.

  • Relevant contacts; replies; fit talks:
  • Proposals; agreed pilots; renewal talks:
  • Objection; next test:

Talks without proposals? Check scope and buyer fit before more outreach.

3. Campaigns and cash

Promised revenue is not cash. Track invoices and overdue payments.

  • Contracted; invoiced; collected:
  • Costs paid; hours; overdue invoices:
  • Cash collected minus production costs:

$600 collected − $200 editing = $400 before overhead, tax and time. Math, not a forecast.

4. Next week’s main action

Choose one thing to repeat, improve or stop.

  • Limiting step; evidence:
  • One change; owner; deadline:
  • What to stop:

Missing posts? Try fewer clips before adding another channel.

1. Fit and delivery

Check content, audience and permissions—even if the rate looks good.

  • Operator; target countries; approval owner:
  • Adult audience; platform permission; disclosures:
  • Work; deadlines; exclusions; revisions:

Confirm permitted markets before producing or sharing promotions.

2. Fees and performance pay

Get payment triggers and deductions in writing. A calculator is not a contract.

  • Fixed fee; payment dates:
  • CPA event; new-customer rules; deposit; verification; exclusions:
  • NGR formula; deductions; share; negative carryover:

Balance may not mean withdrawable cash. Check wagering rules and withdrawal limits.

3. Rights and reporting

Agree usage rights and how payment is checked.

  • Organic / paid-media usage; duration; geography; exclusivity:
  • Reporting access; reporting dates; attribution window:
  • Cancellation, disputes and rights after the campaign ends:

Repost rights do not mean unlimited ads or lasting exclusivity.

4. Resolve open questions

Clarify before accepting. Not legal, tax or investment advice.

  • Question; responsible person; response deadline:
  • Cost and hours to deliver; expected contribution:
  • Decision: clarify / decline / proceed under the agreed terms:

Base renewals on the pilot’s actual work, costs and results.

1. Make the task clear

Give a sample, source and clear finish line.

  • Task owner; deadline; source-footage URL:
  • Audience, platform, length and intended content angle:
  • Approved example; deliverable file format; destination:

Keep a reaction’s context, caption it accurately and send for review.

2. Set the rules

Pass on rights and review rules. Never leave editors guessing.

  • Footage / music rights; names or details to remove:
  • Required disclosure, caption, tag and permitted markets:
  • Banned themes; claims to avoid; approval owner:

No misleading wins, guaranteed returns, fake results or targeting minors. Check brand and platform rules.

3. Test a small batch

Review a few drafts. Count review time as well as editor costs.

  • Trial batch size; cost cap; turnaround:
  • Approved first pass; revision count; context / caption errors:
  • Creator review hours; hours saved after revisions:

More clips do not help if review time grows but useful output does not.

4. Improve before growing

Grow only when quality and costs work. Record repeat feedback.

  • What passed; what needs a revised example:
  • Weekly capacity and total direct cost:
  • Next owner; review date; stopping condition:

Fix one hold-up before adding people or channels.
