Kick creators may earn through subscriptions and other platform features when eligible. Sponsorship and affiliate income comes from separate agreements with brands. Your category, country and audience affect what is available.
1. Money paid through Kick
Kick’s help center describes a 95/5 subscription revenue split for eligible creators. It also describes a Partner Program with separate requirements and per-stream revenue. Check your own dashboard and the current official terms before treating either as income you will receive.
Kick’s advertising guidance says ads do not currently pay creators directly, and its ad monetisation is unavailable in the Slots & Casino category. A casino streamer should never add general platform ad estimates to a sponsorship projection.
2. Money paid by your audience
Subscriptions, gifts or other audience support depend on which features your account has enabled. A consistent schedule and content that gives people a reason to return matter more than a headline revenue split.
3. Money paid by a brand
A sponsorship might pay a fixed amount for a stream or campaign. An affiliate deal can pay per qualifying new customer (CPA), a share of defined revenue, or both. These payments are governed by your contract, not by Kick’s subscription rules.
If you have a channel and an audience, we can review fit, discuss suitable gaming or iGaming opportunities and explain the terms before you decide. We do not guarantee an offer or a monthly income.
A useful order of work
- Record your average live viewers, audience countries, content category and recent engagement.
- Check which Kick features are enabled for your account and country.
- For any brand offer, ask what you must deliver, what counts for payment, and when it is paid.
- Check platform rules, audience age, disclosure and whether a brand may be promoted to the relevant countries.
A broad search such as “how to make money online” can lead to unrealistic promises. Your first practical question is which income source you can actually qualify for and serve consistently.
